Through the request forms on the website (quote/contact request and the forms on promotional pages) we collect the data you voluntarily provide: first name, last name, phone number, email, company, city, type of client, services of interest, preferred time to be called back, how you found us, and the notes on your request. This data is processed exclusively to:

• reply to contact and quote requests and get back to you;
• manage the pre-contractual and contractual relationship;
• comply with any legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not use your data for direct marketing purposes and we do not transfer it to third parties for their own commercial purposes, except as stated in section 6.

The processing of data collected through the forms is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR). Any processing of cookies or non-technical third-party resources is based on your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

The website uses only one technical cookie/localStorage item, needed to remember the choice made on the cookie banner. This cookie does not require prior consent under current legislation and cannot be disabled, as it is essential for the banner itself to work.

Only with your explicit consent, given through the banner or the "Manage cookies" panel at the bottom of the site, do we enable third-party content that may set its own cookies or collect technical data (e.g. IP address):

• Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited), to display the map of our office on the quote page;
• cdnfonts.com, to load the typeface used by the website;
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), to measure the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns and build audiences. It is not loaded until you give consent.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the "Manage cookies" link in the site footer, or by deleting cookies from your browser.

Data submitted through the forms is transmitted, solely for the purpose of sending the notification email, to the email service provider Resend (Resend Inc., USA). The transfer to non-EU countries takes place under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). Data is not disclosed to any other third party, except where required by law. If you consent to third-party cookies, browsing data collected by the Meta Pixel is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (and may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc., USA) under its own privacy notice.

Data collected through the forms is kept for the time necessary to handle your request and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer retention period (e.g. tax legislation). Consent for cookies/third-party content is kept for 180 days, after which you will be asked again.

At any time you can exercise the rights provided by arts. 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR): access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent, by writing to info@ketoo.eu.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates current legislation.
